I’m Jennifer Bartlett, and at JDB Counselling, I’m here to support you on your journey to mental well-being. As a directional counsellor with over eight years of experience, I specialize in helping individuals tackle mental health challenges, including anxiety, low self-esteem, and depression.

My journey into counseling began with a deep-rooted passion for helping others navigate life's challenges. Growing up, I always felt drawn to understanding the complexities of human emotions and relationships, which ultimately inspired me to pursue a career dedicated to mental health and well-being
